Activating a Mod increases Mod Generation by 15% for 10s. Mod Charges have 20% chance not to be consumed on use.

It looks like some kind of ceremonial horn attached to a leather band. Despite its age, the mouthpiece is pristine, and the sound it produces pierces the air like an arrow and vibrates with an authoritative resonance.

Notes

• Mods that consume multiple charges on use, like Big Bang, roll the refund chance once for each charge spent. It is possible (though very unlikely) for all 5 charges to be refunded on use.
