Sinister Totem is an amulet that increases status effect damage for each negative status effect applied to an enemy. Added in The Awakened King DLC.

A thorned necklace bearing a totem that is nothing short of ominous. It pricks you when you place it around your neck, teasing out drops of blood that somehow seem to satiate the inanimate idol. You're certain you'd rather not know the origins of those tufts of red fur caught in the braided thorns.
