Movement while aiming when within 20m of an entity suffering from a Status Effect.

The air surrounding this amulet is so much colder than air has any reason to be. It hurts your skin—even through the thickest clothes. It's excruciating...yet^[sic] oddly motivating.

• Enemies, Summons, and Travelers are all considered "entities."
  • This includes the bearer of the amulet; self-inflicted status effects, such as the bleeding provided by Atonement Fold, will proc its effect.

• Losomn, Tormented Asylum. Feed Kolket's Razor to the Nightweaver's Web.
  • Can only be obtained in Campaign Mode. Requires The Lament to spawn in Yaesha.
