• Can be crafted into Nimue's Ribbon at Nimue in Nimue's Retreat in combination with Silver Ribbon

Acquisition

• Found in Losomn - Golden Halls (specifically Gilded Chambers / Council Chamber / Glistering Cloister).
  • Inside the area you will find a Plain Ribbon and a statue of two Fae holding hands. Use it on the statue and reload the area (leaving and enter the area again), then the Golden Ribbon can be picked up from the statue.
