This device comes from the Pan homeland across the Dark Sea. According to legend, Kolket always kept it with him. Though it is unclear why they call it a razor, for it bears no blade at all.

“Few tales have survived from the ages before the Great Journey. The Vaunnt hide such tales in the dark, away from immortal ears, where they are recounted only to the faithful few.”

Uses

• Can be turned into Kolket's Key by inspecting and interacting with it.
• Can alternatively be placed into the Nightweaver's Web to claim the Nightweaver's Grudge.
  • This requires a Campaign with both The Lament and Morrow Parish.
