Brands a target for 30s. Branded enemies that die leave a Brand at their location.

Reloading or Swapping detonates Brands dealing 225 - 675 damage. Additional Brands (3 Max) on the same target deal 50% damage. Slain enemies return 5 - 15% of Ammo and Mod Power to the weapon.

Mod Power Requirement: 450
This weapon harnesses the Root's very essence—its deceptive beauty, its pitiless decimation—to serve as the absolute apex of deadwood lethality.
“Immortality. Cessation. The corruption promises both, but the two cannot exist in tandem. Every end requires a beginning, and every beginning requires an end.”

Alpha / Omega is a special long gun in Remnant 2, branding targets to later be detonated by either a weapon reload or swap. It can be charged to release burst-fire shots.

Upgrades[edit | edit source]

Main article: Damage

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • Charge time and damage bonuses decay one stack at a time.
  • The innate damage bonus on this weapon is additive with other damage bonuses, rather than a multiplier to base weapon damage.
  • Beta Ray detonations deal explosive damage.
  • Despite being a fusion rifle with charge time, this weapon does not currently benefit from Charge Speed gearing like Archer's Crest.
