A ring that followed you from a dream within a dream. When you wear it, you can faintly hear tortured screams of agony that suddenly and irrevocably fall silent before giving way to the distinct smell of blood and rotting flesh.

The Crimson Dreamstone is a ring that boosts skill damage after delivering critical hits, stacking up to fifteen times. Attained from the Ethereal Manor event.

  • The Momentum Mutator can provide a significant boost to Critical Hit Chance, increasing this ring's effectiveness.
  • If you are quick, this item is not mutually exclusive with the Death-Soaked Idol.
    • Use Liquid Escape or Fruit of Death immediately after collecting the Death-Soaked Idol. As soon as you arrive in the Consecrated Throne, collect the Crimson Dreamstone as quickly as you can.
