Projectiles return on hit or after reaching max range. Reloading retrieves shot projectiles. Max 5 fired projectiles. Infinite ammo. Can overheat.
Cube Shield
Generates a Cube Shield with absorbs up to 500 - 1,500 damage from incoming enemy projectiles. Lasts 15s.

Reactivating fires the Cube Shield with damages enemies as it travels. Damage is increased if the Cube Shield has absorbed enemy projectile damage before firing.

Mod Power Requirement: 1,000
This weapon combines the awesome power and simplicity of the Labyrinth's last bastion: its final, deadliest, cuboidal defense.

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • The Cube Gun has infinite ammo, despite having a listed ammo count.
    • Spent rounds must physically return to the Traveler. The rate at which rounds are recycled depends on the distance from the target.
    • The Archer's Crest Ring increases the speed of fired projectiles, allowing for faster recycling of spent rounds.
  • The Ingenuity Mutator can significantly reduce heat generation, allowing for longer bursts.

Update History[edit | edit source]

  • Increased projectile speed by 16.25%.
  • Manual reloads will return lost projectiles much faster.
  • Projectile return will no longer trigger a reload animation.
  • Ally projectiles will now properly penetrate the Cube Shield.
