Mudtooth is character in Remnant II. He among the eldest residents of Ward 13, second only to Andrew Ford and Clementine. The Traveler can purchase several concoctions from him in exchange for 
Scrap.

“I reckon you're the best listener I've done had in years. Heck, you devoured up all my stories like most folks lap up my stew. I do believe I'm all outta stories, but tell you what...as a bit of, uh...a...a[sic] constellation prize, take this.”—Mudtooth, surprised by the Traveler's inquisitiveness
Mudtooth can tell a variety of stories that, while exaggerated, reflect true events. The quantity of stories Mudtooth can tell is tied to campaign progression.
Inquisitive Travelers who indulge Mudtooth will be rewarded with the Gunslinger's Charm, the Gunslinger's Ring, and the Iron Cylinder.
