Basic Strikes generate 10% additional Mod Power. Charge Attacks perform an AOE which strikes all enemies within 2m, dealing 75 Damage. AOE Damage generates 50% additional Mod Power.
Its crude design has the look of something hastily—desperately—put together, but the energy centralized at its tip remains fatal no matter how it is delivered.
