Hewdas Clock is one of the possible points of interest in Losomn overworlds, a massive clocktower that has attracted the attention of the Fae.

There is an elevator inside, but it does not work. The Traveler will have to scale the building on the outside. The lethal heights are made even more treacherous by Fae Soldiers and Archers that hide disguised as gargoyles.
There are numerous chests hidden along the climb, and the upper levels also contain letters from the clock's keeper to his daughter. On the topmost level, the Traveler finds the clock's mechanism, now disabled by a missing gear. To mend it, the Traveler must acquire the Clockwork Pinion in the Lemark District, which will reward the Broken Timepiece.
However, even without the quest item on hand, the climb is not fruitless, as a chest in the room contains the Timekeeper's Jewel. Furthermore, a lever on the wall restores functionality to the elevator, offering a shortcut on future visits.
