The Iron Maiden Painless are mutilated Fae roaming Shaed Palaces and areas in the Burning City.

They swing wildy around with their weaponized prosthetics. They have a charge, which—if it kills— turns into a grab attack that skips the downed state.

Their heads are encased in an armored helmet, but still have a weakspot in the shape of their flayed spine.
