Fires a shot infused with the binding power of the Song of Eafir. Staggers most ground enemies within 10m and deals 150 - 450 damage to Flying enemies within the same range.

The song continues for 15s, afflicting targets within 15m with SLOW reducing their damage by 10%.

Notes

• Rather than decreasing damage taken, Song of Eafir directly reduces the damage dealt by enemies.
  • This is calculated before Damage Reduction modifiers, allowing the Traveler to effectively exceed 80% Damage Reduction.
• This Weapon Mod is affected by the Amplitude Trait.

Acquisition

• Crafted by McCabe in Ward 13 using the Scroll of Binding. Costs 5 and 650.
  • To acquire the Scroll of Binding, play the secret melody on the Water Harp and speak to the Pan Flautist.
  • To play the secret melody, arrange the pegs in the following sequence: 1, 4, 0, 2, 5, 0, 3, 0
