The Armored Root Terror is a highly resilient Root construct found in Ziggurats. Its wooden body has petrified into a metallic substance, granting it natural armor.

Behavior

The Armored Root Terror has two melee attacks. The first, a three hit combo ending in an overhead smash; the second, a coiling of its tendrils before thrusting them forward.

Every now and then, it will reach into its chest, throwing its glowing heart. The heart will attach to whatever it impacts, and explodes after 3s. While attached, the heart acts as the weakspot of the Terror, transferring all damage it suffers directly back to it.

While focusing the heart is important, the Terror should not be ignored. Throwing the heart grants it a potent buff, increasing its damage by roughly 65% for about 7s.
