- Switched effect order.
- Primary effect now increases ranged damage to enemies afflicted by SLOW.
- Secondary effect now applies SLOW with mod usage.
- Changed SLOW duration to 5s (previously scaled).
- Increased range of SLOW application to 10m (was 7.5m).
