Root Hollows are a returning enemy from Remnant: From the Ashes. Individually a fragile nuisance, their small stature, fast movement and large numbers can easily turn encounters lethal.

Behavior

The Root Hollow can commonly be found rolling across the forest floor, but just as often dormant in the field, half buried in the ground.

Once it spots the Traveler, it will roll at them. If close enough, it will speed up and do a spinning bounce to damage its target. Caught standing still, it can instead do a bite with its large jaws.
