The Wanderer is a mentioned-only NPC in Remnant II. They were the protagonist of Remnant: From the Ashes.
Several of their belongings return as equipment for the Traveler.

Lore

The Wanderer's name, gender, and race are unknown.

Over a decade prior to Remnant II, the Wanderer arrived at Ward 13 after sailing across the sea in a small boat.
They are described as immensely powerful, having single-handedly slain Harsgaard and banished the Root from Earth. They were also incredibly resilient, having survived the wastelands of both Rhom and Corsus. Both Andrew Ford and Reggie held their skills in high regard.
