Dr. Morrow is previously the headmistress of Morrow Sanatorium who became one of the asylum's patients. She's held in a cell, sometimes heard murmuring from within.

- Return all three Stone-carved Dolls to hear the clue to opening the safe in her office. Two shiny copper teeth removed from nine discarded combs, and seven yellowed leaves excised from one forgotten tome.”
- Use the
Prison Cell Key to open her cell to receive 
Nightweaver Stone Doll. This will prevent you from talking with her again.
