This medallion was once nestled in the carved-out pages of a tome. It bears the tell-tale crest of the Royal Scribe.

Uses

• Can be used to open the door to Leywise's quarters in the Chamber of the Faithless
  • Grants access to the Paper Heart
• Can alternatively be returned to Leywise for the Burden of the Sciolist, or the Ring of Infinite Damage (must refuse the first time he asks for it)

Acquisition

• Losomn, Forlorn Coast
  • Inspecting and interacting with the Misplaced Memoir allows you to extract the Bookbound Medallion from it.
    • Note: Doing so locks you out of obtaining Index of the Scribe
