Black Hole is an injectable in N'Erud where the player first traverses through a few connected, crashed train cars with enemies scattered throughout, then exits to a path with a ring on the floor, the Ring of Deflection. Once looted, the nearby orb lying on the ground is triggered, endlessly following the player with its damaging vortex. Behind the ring and orb is an entrance to another train car, containing Focusing Shard.
