Lightweight. Silent. Deadly. It's rumored that the blade is meant to bestow a slow, agonizing death.
Bloodthirst
Attacks from behind enemies always count as Weakspots. Charge Attacks deal 200 - 600 BLEEDING damage over 10s.
This is the weapon used to "assassinate" the One True King. He wasn't actually killed, of course, only put in a kind of eternal sleep, but if this dagger can do that to such a powerful being, then killing Root with it should be easy.
“Despite what people might say, laws are not made to be broken. They can, however, be interpreted, elided, even wilfully[sic] misunderstood. Any law can be circumvented in the right circumstances—even the laws of the One True King.”

The Assassin's Dagger is a special melee weapon that inflicts bleeding with charged attacks and deals bonus damage to bleeding targets as well as targets struck from behind.

Notes[edit | edit source]

  • This tooltip for Bloodthirst does not display properly. Even though the damage of the BLEEDING effect deals additional damage based on weapon level, the displayed value will not update to reflect this.
  • Landing the final blow on The Red Prince using this weapon will award the Crown of the Red Prince.

Acquisition[edit | edit source]

  • Losomn, Council Chamber. During the Fae Council event, you will be tasked with finding evidence of a councilor's betrayal. Instead of turning the evidence into the Council, bring it to Nimue and use it to craft the Assassin's Dagger.

Update History[edit | edit source]

  • Attacking enemies from behind now deals guaranteed weakspot damage.
  • Attacking BLEEDING enemies no longer deals additional damage.
  • Reduced base damage to 35 (was 41).

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Wielding the Dagger while confronting the One True King will result in secret dialogue.
